Refund & Subscription Policy

Healthy Choices Catering – Kingdom of Bahrain. Effective Date: 28/2/2026

1. General Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Refunds are not issued in cash or back to the original payment method unless required by Bahraini law. Approved refunds are issued as in-app credit only.

2. VAT Treatment

All prices include VAT. In case of approved refund: the refund credit amount will reflect the VAT-inclusive value; VAT adjustments will be handled internally in accordance with Bahrain VAT regulations.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable: delivery charges; completed delivery days; consumed meals; promotional or discounted subscription days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation subject to the following: unused future days may be eligible for refund as in-app credit; cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery; same-day cancellations are not refundable.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will: be credited to the customer's in-app wallet; be usable for future subscriptions or purchases; not be convertible to cash. Wallet credit does not expire unless otherwise specified.

6. Service Issues

If a delivery issue occurs (late delivery, wrong meal, quality issue), Healthy Choices may, at its discretion: replace the meal; add compensatory credit; extend subscription days.

7. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be provided for disruptions caused by: government restrictions; weather conditions; road closures; events beyond reasonable operational control.

8. Dispute Resolution

Customers must submit any refund dispute within 7 days of the issue. Healthy Choices reserves the right to investigate and make a final determination.
