1. Introduction
Welcome to Healthy Choices, operated by Healthy Choices Catering, a registered company in the Kingdom of Bahrain. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
2. Services Provided
Healthy Choices provides: meal subscription services; customized meal plans; food delivery services; in-app wallet credit system. All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.
3. User Account
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information including: full name; contact number; delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Pricing & VAT
All package prices displayed in the App are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Bahrain VAT regulations. VAT is calculated and included in the final purchase price. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed subscriptions will not be affected.
5. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are sold based on selected duration and meal plan. Delivery schedules will be agreed upon during subscription setup. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address. Failure to accept delivery may result in loss of that day's meal without compensation.
6. Payments
Payments may be made via: in-app payment gateways; online card payment; other approved methods within the App. Healthy Choices does not store full card details on its servers.
7. Delivery Policy
Delivery areas are subject to operational coverage. Delivery timing windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions. Delivery charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed during checkout. Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Subscription Policy (see separate section).
9. Health Disclaimer
Meal plans are based on customer preferences and general nutritional guidelines. Healthy Choices does not provide medical advice. Customers with medical conditions must consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any dietary program.
10. Prohibited Use
Users may not: misuse the App; provide false information; attempt to access restricted systems; use the App for unlawful activities. Healthy Choices reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Healthy Choices shall not be liable for: indirect or consequential damages; delays beyond our reasonable control; allergic reactions where ingredients were clearly disclosed. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in question.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.
13. Amendments
Healthy Choices reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
